Thank you to all the ReSound employees that donated as part of our Hurricane Sandy Disaster Relief Drive. We’re pleased to announce that we raised a total of $20,948.66. This will be donated to The American Red Cross to assist in their incredible efforts to help Hurricane Sandy victims.
This money was raised through the generous contributions of ReSound employees, who donated cash and PTO hours.
Since the beginning of the Hurricane Sandy relief effort, nearly 9,000 Red Cross workers have been deployed from all over the United States to operations in Greater New York, New Jersey, North Carolina and Rhode Island. The Red Cross has distributed more than 2 million relief items such as clean-up kits and hygiene kits.
