Here are 5 reasons why ReSound Nexia hearing aids could be the right hearing aid for you:

  • If you activate the Hear in Noise program, you will be able to hear he difference and how people’s voice sounds more clearly.

This sounds really exciting. I have just one question. You said,”You can connect to many electronic devices at the same time and stream audio anytime you want, even televisions at home or in public places.

Will this eliminate the need for the TV Streamer?

Since you mentioned TV in public places I assume so. My current Resound aids came from Costco, will they have your new brand as well, and how soon. I’m a buyer today.

    Thanks so much

    Bill

    1. Hi Bill. Thank you for reaching out to us. ReSound Nexia supports Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) Audio, which is the improved and a more power efficient way of wireless transmitting audio from one device (like a smartphone) to another (ear buds, headsets, or hearing aids). Bluetooth LE Audio also delivers higher sound quality with significantly lower battery consumption.

ReSound Nexia also supports Auracast Broadcast Audio… the new standard for low energy connectivity that will give people new streaming and communication opportunities in public places, such as theaters, airports, restaurants, and arenas.

You will still need the TV-Streamer+ accessory if you are wanting to watch TV at home. The new TV-Streamer+, supporting Bluetooth Auracast, streams high quality sound with speech clarity directly to your hearing aids at the volume you prefer. With Auracast, if you and other users with compatible hearing aids and smartphones are in the room, you can enjoy sound together by each easily connecting to the TV-Streamer+.

ReSound product families are currently no longer sold at Costco. Jabra, ReSound’s sister company, does offer similar product families at Costco. We encourage you to reach out to your hearing care professional to learn more on current product offerings.

We hope this helps. Thank you so much!

    1. Hi Denny. Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, Jabra Enhance Pro 20 which is comparable to ReSound Nexia is now available at Costco. Thank you so much!
