According to the Department of Veterans Affairs, hearing loss and tinnitus, a buzzing or ringing in the ears, are the most common service-related injuries among America’s 21.8 million Veterans today. The Hearing Health Foundation estimates that they affect sixty percent of American veterans and at least one in every 10 American adults, both veterans and civilians.
