Tech Tip – Connection Troubleshooting Trick in Aventa 3

In Aventa 3, there are several hearing aid connection options. If you are having difficulty connecting to an instrument, here’s a quick method that clears Aventa’s recent search memory and can facilitate ease of connection.

1. In Aventa 3, navigate to, the Pre-Fit screen and click on “Change Instruments.”
2. In the Select Instrument window, double click on any model for each side. This will remove the currently identified hearing aids in the lower boxes. Click on “OK.”
3. You will be routed back to the Pre-Fit screen. Click on “Connect,” and proceed with the fitting.
