  1. When will my Nexias be able to connect with a Windows 11 laptop with Bluetooth LE (from a USB dongle)? Currently when I try to “Pair new wireless accessory” the only option is your TV streamer.

    1. Hi Lewis. Thank you for reaching out to us. Our newest Nexia hearing aids are Bluetooth Low Energy Audio (LE Audio) compatible. That technology should become available on more and more devices in the future. We recommend checking with the manufacturer of your PC or with Microsoft support for more information and to see if your computer may have that compatibility.

Otherwise, there are a couple of accessories that would allow you to connect your hearing aids to computers that do not have Bluetooth LE Audio compatibility. One is the Phone Clip+ which connects wirelessly via Bluetooth. It then wirelessly connects to the hearing aids as well. Learn more on the Phone Clip+ here: https://www.resound.com/en-us/hearing-aids/accessories/phone-hearing-aid. The other is called the Multi Mic. The Multi Mic could connect with a wired connection via the computer’s headphone jack. It then also connects wirelessly to the hearing aids. Read more about the Multi Mic here: https://www.resound.com/en-us/hearing-aids/accessories/multi-mic.

We encourage discussing these with your hearing care professional, as they’ll be able to provide you with one if you are interested and assist you with any questions you may have. Thank you so much!
