What does it mean to hear organically?

All ReSound hearing solutions are inspired by our Organic Hearing philosophy.  That means we develop technology that works with your individual ear anatomy to more closely mimic how sounds are naturally collected and delivered to your brain.  This more hearing experience frees up your brain’s ‘hard drive’ for other activities rather than having to concentrate all your energy on listening, which in turn encourages more people to really use their hearing aids.

Ok.  But what does that really mean?

In his latest video, Dr. Cliff Olson, Au.D., talks about the 5 things our ears and ear anatomy do to allow us to hear organically and how the ReSound Organic Hearing philosophy works to replicate that natural hearing process.
