Describe a situation in which you’ve gone above and beyond for a customer.
Because I have the local territory, I’ve had a few instances of where I’ve run out to the customer’s office to drop off hearing aids, software, and supplies when a courier couldn’t do things fast enough.
What’s your tip on loyalty and commitment?
Always try to go one step beyond what the customer expects.
